I’m Emma Barnafo, the hands and heart behind Innate Expressions®. What began as a personal creative outlet has grown into a heartfelt expression of my values and the kind of life I hope to inspire in others.

My journey — like the products I create — has been shaped by love, intention, and the pillars that ground me.

Everything I offer is made with that same spirit. Whether I’m crocheting a blanket, blending tea, or designing a new piece, it’s all done with care, purpose, and meaning. I practice what I preach.
