There comes a point in a woman's life when she stops trying to be everything to everyone and starts honoring her innate self.

She has lived, loved, lost, and done all they said she needed to do to become who they said she was supposed to be — yet she still felt empty. That was when she chose to call the shots for her own life and finally express what she had buried inside.

She began with forgiveness. First of herself, then of others. And in that process, she started to heal. And as she healed, she began to grow.

As she grew, she became more aware of what warranted her presence… and what no longer did.

She now knows her worth...

And she is finally ready to be herself unapologetically and do life intentionally.

Hi, I'm Emma Barnafo, the hands and heart behind Innate Expressions®.

What began as a personal creative outlet has grown into a heartfelt expression of my values and the kind of life I hope to inspire in others. My journey, like the pieces I create, has been shaped by intention, meaning, and the pillars that ground me.

Whether I'm crocheting a blanket, blending tea, or pouring a candle, everything is made with care, purpose, and meaning. I practice what I preach.
