• Custom orders typically take anywhere from 1 week to 8 weeks to complete, depending on the request. I will clearly communicate all details with you before, during, and after the process.

• Full payment is required before I begin working on your custom order. I will confirm all details, including timelines, upfront.

• I offer a complimentary service for custom gifts, where I will ship directly to the recipient and include a personalized handwritten message in a card. Simply mention this when placing your initial request.
