Shipping policy
All purchases will be shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase unless marked “Made to Order.” For made‑to‑order items, shipping will occur within 1–3 business days after the item is completed.
All packages shipped directly by Innate Expressions® (such as handcrafted or stocked items) will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail International (whichever is applicable). Tracking information will be provided for all orders fulfilled directly by Innate Expressions®.
Print-on-Demand Orders
Some items in the shop—such as mugs, coasters, journals, and bags—are made-to-order using trusted production partners. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for these items to be produced before shipping.
Estimated delivery times for print-on-demand items (after production):
- U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location)
These items may arrive separately from any handcrafted items in your order, and you may receive multiple packages.
This intentional made-to-order process helps reduce waste and allows me to offer unique, meaningful designs without holding excess inventory. Thank you for embracing slower, more mindful delivery.
In person pickup with Emma – Gym only
This option is reserved for customers who already see Emma regularly at her gym and have arranged an in‑person handoff. Orders that do not qualify will be invoiced for standard shipping and cancelled if shipping is not paid..
