Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Innate Expressions®. I take pride in offering high-quality made-to-order items, including handcrafted products, tea, candles, and thoughtfully designed print-on-demand goods. Because of the custom nature of these offerings, I want to be transparent about my refund and returns policy.
Refunds
All sales are final. I do not offer refunds on made-to-order items, tea, candles, or print-on-demand products because each item is handcrafted or created specifically for you. However, I’ve included a “Questions?” tab with each listing should you have any inquiries before purchasing.
That said, I understand that life happens. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 3 business days of receipt (per tracking information) with photographic evidence. I’ll be happy to assess your situation on a case-by-case basis and make things right where appropriate.
Returns
I do not accept returns for made-to-order items, tea, candles, or print-on-demand products unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your product qualifies for a return or replacement due to damage, please reach out to me within 3 business days of delivery, with images and a description of the issue.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as production begins immediately upon purchase.
Print-on-Demand Items
Items such as mugs, coasters, journals, and bags are fulfilled through trusted production partners and shipped directly to you. These are made to order and final sale, but I will work with my partners to resolve any issues with damaged or misprinted items. Please notify me within 3 business days of receipt with photos and your order details.
