• Depending on the request, custom orders will typically be ready anywhere from 1 week up to 8 weeks post order. I will clearly communicate all details with you before, during and after the process.
• For all custom orders, full payment is required before I begin working on your order. I will clearly communicate all details with you before, during and after the process.
• If you would like to take advantage of my complimentary service on custom gifts where I ship directly to gift recipients and include a personalized handwritten message in a card, simply ask when your are placing your initial request.
