To cancel or modify a purchase option, please contact Innate Expressions® at emma@innate-expressions.com with your name, order number, and details of your request. Cancellations or changes are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from us.

Innate Expressions® reserves the right to cancel a purchase option or individual orders at its discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or misuse). In such cases, you will be notified and refunded for any unshipped items where applicable.
