This ethereal bamboo wrap originated as a handmade accessory to comfort my dear friend Michelle during her battle with ovarian cancer. After we lost her, I transformed the original design into something lighter and brighter in her memory. 

Michelle in Summer is symbolic of healing, beauty and light, crocheted from the finest 100% bamboo, fingering-weight yarn, I've ever worked with. The open triangle design and intricate lace edging create a versatile piece that encourages a free spirit rather than a limited one.
